Canadian Whisky
The Canadian whisky has a reputation of being a light and less complex whisky in regards with it American neighbours or the Scotch whisky. The Canadian market was a striving market with a lot of little distilleries. Because the Canadian government raised its taxes in the second half of the 19th century only the larger distilleries could survive. Most of the Canadian Whiskies on the market these days are blends, based on corn Whisky.
De Canadian is made out of Rye and Barley. The blend consists of GNS and Rye- whisky.
