Non Alcoholic Cream Base

Back to dairy basics

Cream base has many applications in the alcohol and beverage industry. We offer cream base in large quantities, namely in 24,000-26,000 litre ISO tanks and 1,000 litre IBCs.

What is cream base?

Our cream base is produced with dairy ingredients for creamy premium fulfillment. Cream base may be used as a base for non alcoholic cream beverages. Additionally, cream base can be used to make premium and regional cream liqueurs, spirits such as cream whiskey, flavoured alcoholic beverages (FABs), and alcoholic cocktails. The cream base is a pH- neutral and acid-stable solution with a range of fat. Different alcohol can be added to our non alcoholic cream base.

The craft cream market

Cream alcohol is seeing a new surge in demand as flavours become more innovative and creative. The household staples of the market are being challenged by cream liqueurs with new exciting twists, as well as international niche cream liqueurs.
