How is Neutral Apple Alcohol made?

Neutral Apple Alcohol is made by fermenting and distilling apples. The process typically involves crushing the apples to extract the juice, which is then fermented using yeast to convert the sugars into alcohol. The resulting fermented liquid is then distilled to increase the alcohol content and remove impurities, resulting in a neutral-tasting alcohol that can be used for a variety of purposes in the food and beverage industry.

How does the flavor of Neutral Apple Alcohol compare to other types of alcohol?

Neutral Apple Alcohol has a unique flavor that is distinct from other types of alcohol. It has a neutral taste and aroma, which means that it does not have a strong apple flavor or aroma like apple cider or apple brandy. Instead, it has a clean, crisp flavor that is often described as being similar to vodka or grain alcohol. The neutral taste makes it a versatile ingredient that can be used in a wide variety of recipes without overwhelming other flavors. However, when used to produce spirits or alcoholic beverages, Neutral Apple Alcohol can be combined with other ingredients to create a range of flavors and aromas.

HOW ITS MADE

Apple alcohol is made by fermenting and distilling apples. Through this process, an alcohol content of 96% can be achieved due to fermentation of the natural sugars that exist within apples.

STEP ONE

Collection of the Raw Materials During this step, the raw materials are collected that will be fermented and distilled. In the production of this neutral alcohol, apples are used as the base.

STEP TWO

Fermentation of the Apples Once the apples are collected, it’s time to begin fermentation. Fermentation is a common term in the alcohol industry that refers to the process where sugars are converted into a product of alcohol and carbon dioxide. To catalyze this reaction, yeast is added, as it will break down the sugars and convert them into alcohol and other biproducts.

STEP THREE

Rectification In this step, the fermented mixture derived from apples will be diluted with demineralized water. This will aid in removing any impurities in the mixture. Once the alcohol is rectified to 96% v/v, the mixture is completed and ready to be bottled at your facility.
