There is an unfortunate misconception that blended malts are inferior to single malts. This confusion stems from the term ‘single’. Single malts get their name from the fact that they have been created at a single distillery. Although it doesn’t include single in its name, Blended Malt Whisky has one single focus: flavour. We offer Blended Malt Whisky from Scotland and other parts of Europe and Asia. Blended Malt Whisky has a deep character and intense flavour.
Selecting multiple whiskies aims to create an exceptionally well-rounded spirit. Blended Malt Whisky usually has a more lingering, light finish to it due to the extensive array of textures and tastes of all the different single malts coming together, whereas single malts have more of a soft, dry finish.
