Organic sugar cane alcohol can also be used to produce vinegar, Vodka drinks, Hard seltzers for canning and the cosmetic industry.Organic sugarcane alcohol is produced by fermenting and distilling molasses from certified organically grown sugarcane. The process involves extracting juice from the sugarcane, boiling it down to create molasses and then fermenting and distilling the molasses to produce alcohol. The resulting alcohol is then further purified to create extra neutral alcohol (ENA) which is 96% pure. This ENA can then be used as a base spirit for the production of various organic beverages and spirits.
