Packaging Options

What is the difference between Cognac and Brandy?
Cognac is a legally defined type of Brandy produced exclusively in the Cognac region of France. It must be made from specific grape varieties, double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of two years. Brandy produced outside this region or without following these standards cannot be labelled as Cognac.
What do the Cognac classifications VS, VSOP, and XO mean?
Cognac classifications indicate the minimum age of the youngest spirit in the blend:
